Christmas is an extraordinarily intense time of the year which gives us the chance to share more time with our family and friends. As you know, in Italy, the focal point of each festive get-together is food, so I have already been asked by my mom and my aunties: 'Che facciamo per Natale?' - 'What are we going to do for Christmas?' - and what they mean is actually 'what are we going to cook?'
