Hi SandraI have a holiday home across the lake from you and did a total renovation and also bought every stick off furniture and crockery etc for it. I furnished it simply - please go on Trip Advisor and search for a Villa Casa Fontana in Carate Urio - I am over regularly and would happily help advise you for a dinner voucher or two depending on the amount of time you might need. I also have a very good local Italian friend who helped me organise deliveries, tradesmen etc etc. She is a great girl and maybe interested to help, her rates are really reasonable and she likes a job done properly!Let me know if we can help kind regards Helen

We are project managing a small renovation projection in Perledo just above you at the moment for a family from Switzerland. If you'd like you could come and see this in progress and see the quality of the work. We offer fixed fee quotes - so no surprises afterwards! Whoever you choose, I'd really suggest that you ask for a fixed fee. It's not that usual in Italy, but we deal with lots of international clients and know that's what they want!
