Hello everyone.  I have a house in Le Marche.  We have some big old (50+ years) olive trees that have traditionally been pretty good croppers and we planted about 20 new ones around 5 years ago.  The old trees have not been pruned for a year or so.  We now have very few olives on the old trees currently and the young ones are doing well (but with small amounts per tree as they are young) .  Should I just prune the trees per normal next year or even now if the crop isn't going to be worth it -  and is there some method to "reinvigorate" the older trees at all through a more severe pruning or something.  All advice gratefully received!
