Pet passport

Has anybody had their pet Passported, our cat has now had all the necessary blood tests / vaccines and has been micro-chipped.  We have all the relevant paperwork from our vets and now need to take it to Tolentino for the official passport to be issued.  Has anyone done this?  If so, is there another change for the Passport on top of those already paid to the vet.  Many thanks.

They check the microchip, then issue the passport, about 20 minutes all in. We had to pay an additional 8 euro for the passport.  We  were sent a bolletta which we paid at the post office.  Being Italy this arrived about 2 months after the passport was issued. Steve
