SKY PLUS 2 Channels

Hi everybodyIs anybody experiencing problems with the SKY + 2 tv channels and channel 512.Since SKY introduced the +2 channels, on numerous occasions we are unable to receive a clear signal for these channels, the problem lasts for anything from 1-7 days then all is ok!! We have contacted SKy who do not reply. Any thoughts please.Frank.
