Villa Leila is a country house near the historic centre of Perugia, this stunning home is reached by a paved local road and conveniently equipped with an electric gate.
A restoration was done to perfection in the early 80s, also interventions and improvements have been made on an annual basis and therefore this property does not require major investments or interventions, possibly apart from paving the outside terrace.
This property has definitely been made from a tower or ancient outcrop, as evidenced by the larger walls of the central body of the home. However there are no constraints on the home as the house is considered rural house.

The entrance opens onto a long corridor that leads from one side to the kitchen, bespoke-made, to a bathroom, a wide cupboard with attached laundry room until you reach the first living room, on two levels, and dining room. Continuing we reach a study to then come upon summer living room which has a stunning view of the whole scene in front of the property, featuring a cobblestone floor, large windows and a small wood stove that makes the area cosy in the winter months.
From the first room, as well as via an outside staircase, you can reach the bedroom on the first floor, where there is a beautiful landing, a first bedroom with walk in wardrobe and large terrace, a large bathroom, a second bedroom with walk in wardrobe and bathroom en-suite. The shower, of the en-suite is reached through a beautiful door made from leaded glass that has belonged to the family for over 150 years. Also from the landing, through a wrought iron spiral staircase you reach the tower, that has a living room / study and an adjoining bedroom. This space, as already noted, has a terrace overlooking the city of Perugia.
