This splendid farmhouse of 365 sqm, with views over the Chianti countryside, in a private position a few kilometres from Gaiole is set out on two levels and is structured as follows.
On the ground floor, we find a spacious entrance hall with access, on the left, to an independent bedroom with en-suite bathroom, on the right, to the living area.
