We just bought a townhouse in Tuscany in the Val D’Orcia region. There is few other units available.We got a great deal and we just have to install a kitchen and renovate the bathroom and a bit of outside fixing. We have 3 terrace and a beautiful view. There is still a lot of deal out there. If you are interested I can give you our real estate agent.
