In a warm and comfortable atmosphere, all the bedrooms are furnished in Italian classic Style. They have double or single beds, Murano glass chandeliers, large wardrobes with safe boxes and dressing rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with tubs or showers.

All rooms are also equipped by modern comforts: satellite TV, minibar, direct line telephone, Internet. They enjoy a magnificent view of the city from above, which takes in the roofs, monuments and beautiful historic center of Bologna.

The Suites of the Grand Hotel Majestic have the distinction of being inspired by the most famous Italian artists such as musician Giuseppe Verdi, which is dedicated to the princely Royal Suite today perfect place suitable not only for "gifts" nights, but also for original events such as photo shoots, fashion shows, product presentations, private meetings and intimate dinners. All Suites are furnished with double or half-poster beds, brocade draperies, precious silk wall-coverings, and parquet floors. Their bathrooms are large and covered in bright white marble. Their atmosphere is cozy and refined at the same time, thanks to warm-toned decors, high ceilings, large windows and precious antiques.

Guests’ wellness is an additional distinctive feature of Majestic’s high level hospitality. The Hotel offers its Guests free access to the fitness area and its state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. The new Health&Wellness centre is an after-work urban ‘oasis’ where to reach harmony between body and mind and drive away daily stress. There is also a relaxation room and it is possible to enjoy saunas, Turkish baths and emotional showers with Chromo Therapy.   

Cuddles that could be perfectly concluded on the Majestic’s terraces, with an ‘Italian-style’ social happy hours, under-the-star after-dinners or candle-lit dinners.

There is also a total of 7 meeting rooms - 4 of which have been created recently. These rooms, all enjoying natural light, can each accommodate up to 120 people. Welcome coffees, coffee breaks and business lunches are available and can be organized in the main foyer of the noble floor.

The “Carracci” Restaurant

Inside the “Carracci Restaurant”, the enthralling atmosphere that can be found in all the beautiful halls of the Majestic hotel is merged with the passion for Italian art, history and haute cuisine. It is considered one of the best restaurants in the city and is open to everyone, not just to the hotel guests. Surrounded by Agostino and Annibale Carracci’s XVI century frescoes, you will enjoy the best dishes of Emilia-Romagna regional cuisine, such as tortellini, tagliatelle, lasagna and Bologna, with some ‘surprise’ recipes from national and international cuisines. All of them served with a rich wine list. At the beginning of 1900s, the XV century hall was added to the hotel and has now a maximum capacity of 70 people. It is open every day.

The Michelin Guide has awarded the "Three Forks" to Restaurant I Carracci. This prestigious award confirms its attentive enhancement of gastronomic made in Italy culture.

The Grand Hotel Majestic– formerly known as the “Baglioni” hotel – is located in the very heart of Bologna on Via Indipendenza, within walking distance of Piazza Maggiore and the famous Due Torri. The building, in fact, is surrounded by the main services of Bolognese social life.
