We have just agreed on the purchase of a house, but we did not go through an estate agency. Does anyone have any experience of the buying process please? The vendors are being very helpful as they have sold and bought in Italy before. It all seems very straight forward but am I being over optimistic?!

I am planning on heading back to visit family in the US for a bit and would like to cook them a great Italian meal. While I've often ordered amazing Italian lasagna, I don't have a good Italian lasagna recipe to work from.

I'm looking for Italian lasagna recipes and ingredients are not an issue because I can get them either in Italy or at home.
