An enchanting little detached stone house on a hill with surrounding olive grove. The little house is like out of a fairy tale. It sits in a very private and panoramic position surrounded by its 1 hectare of olive grove. It is just a half hour drive to the centre of Perugia and 15 minutes to lake trasimeno. Though rather small it is extremely characteristic with a living room and kitchen on the top floor and a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, where there is access to a portico.
The property has access to water, electricity and LPG gas
