Wake up, walk to the window and take a slow, deep breath, while staring at the green and unspoilt landscape of the countryside around Arcevia, in the Marche region.

The House

Looking at the irregular shape of the building, as well as at the use of both stones and bricks, it seems likely that the various wings of the house were built in different years. Ground Floor:

The most charming area is surely the classy living room, characterized by stone walls, wooden beams and cotto tiles on the ceiling. The living room is directly connected to the dining room, which is adjoined to the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, which was custom built, in a classic style, to recall tradition. Also in the dining room there is a comfortable fireplace stove.

On the opposite side of the floor, there’s a spacious studio, very useful if you wish to work from home, while looking at the amazing panorama of the Marche’s rolling hills. Also the studio, as well as the living and dining room has an exit out to the pergola and garden.

The portico is really very big (over 55 sq.m.) and will allow you to spend precious moments outdoors, enjoying a glass of local wine, or for al-fresco dinners with your family and friends.

The grand staircase located in the living room, leads up to the first floor, which by the way, is also accessible via external staircase, typical of marchigiano farmhouses.

First Floor:
On the first floor, there are 3 very spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms, feature the typical elements as stone walls – interrupted by white plaster to give a brighter look – wooden beams and cotto tiles. From all windows, the views are breathtaking.

The quality of the renovation is unquestionable: the roof is insulated to ensure perfect thermal insulation, the fixtures are made of wood, with thermal glasses and there are mosquito nets on all windows, which are very useful in summer. Thanks to the quality of the restoration, the house is cool in the summer and warm in winter.

The Annex

The property enjoys a very comfortable garage of about 45 sq.m., where you can park your car and also store all your gardening tools, as well as your bikes, if you love biking in the beautiful countryside of region Marche.

The Garden
