We are in the splendid setting of Bleggio Superiore, an open-air museum set in a green landscape context strongly linked to local traditions.
The most famous hamlets are Balbido, known as "the painted village" because of the picturesque murals that embellish the outer walls of the houses with scenes of everyday life and the nearby Rango, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy where the beauty of 'rustic architecture with the original buildings combined in an urban structure enriched by internal courtyards, fountains and hallways.
The territory of Bleggio and its surroundings is recognized as an ecomuseum that extends from Garda to the Dolomites and is rich in natural and archaeological parks. Here is also the famous Comano spa area which offers wellness and relaxation thanks to the spa treatments and natural therapies.
In this magnificent area in the province of Trento, not far from the Baths of Comano, we offer a beautiful property with deep historical roots.
"Casa Parisi" or also called the "Casa de goma" is located in Madice di Bleggio, and represents the typical 17th century noble house built in the center of the village.
The historic building, mentioned in the classic guide "The Valleys of Trentino" by Aldo Gorfer that describes the frescoes, belonged to the noble family of Madice, family of rural nobles who practiced the medical profession and notary and who took the name from the country of origin. The area where the building is built is a quiet and green plateau about 600 meters above sea level, just half an hour's drive from Lake Garda and from what are considered among the most beautiful mountains in the world, the Dolomites of the Brenta. The capital of Trento is only 35 minutes away.
The noble residence, today to be restored, is independent on each side and has a private garden on the front and a plot of land.
on the back for a total of over 550 square meters.
The building consists of a basement with large cellars with barrel-vaulted faces where we find the old oven where bread was produced throughout the town, from a main floor with a private chapel decorated with frescoes and a partially partially restored first floor. during the fifties.
The main floor, which was also the subject of partial works in the same period, still boasts a fascinating entrance with barrel-vaulted faces, with a stoup that bears the engraving "1667", a year that probably refers to the construction or renovation of this portion. of home.
Today, the building welcomes us like this:
The basement, consists of rooms used for storerooms, cellars and the like and a room in the past used as a barn, all with vaulted ceilings and access also independent from the municipal street.
The mezzanine floor has half of the original structure, while the other half has been restored in the 1950s. The old part has a beautiful entrance with a vaulted barrel corridor and the holy water stoup. From the corridor there are two intact rooms, one with frescoes. After the renovation, there is a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The wooden floor and the wall structure are partially preserved.
On the second floor, from the balcony, there is a corridor that overlooks four sunny rooms with an original appearance, as well as an apartment measuring around sixty meters, built during the works carried out towards the 50s.
The building has unique characteristics and is full of charm, even more so by its large private garden, which is very rare in the buildings in the historic centers of the country.
There are many different ways to use the private house building, apartments, B & B, hotel relais, restaurant etc. all solutions that are well suited and that can transform this property into something unique and inimitable in an equally interesting context with great possibilities for development.
