The red brick house is a little gem in the city.
Currently divided into two apartments and therefore designed for two families, given its considerable size is suitable for more solutions.
The area in which we find ourselves is particularly interesting and, while outside all the services you need for everyday life are close at hand, from schools, pharmacy to polyclinics and up to the shopping center, through the gate of the property, we are in a real quiet and private home paradise.
The house is surrounded by land that extends to allow you to create our own vegetable garden to get the real fruit and vegetables 0 km, while other areas, already paved, are ideal for a BBQ island and the lawn lends itself to accommodate sunbeds where you can sunbathe and tables and chairs for lunch in the discreet shade of the trees or party with friends on summer evenings.

The exterior architecture is typical of the area, the red brick cladding is embellished with white colonnade spaces that have been enclosed in verandas but which could once again be converted, as they probably were originally, into terraces.
The whole building is in good structural condition but it certainly needs an internal restructuring and modernization of the plant engineering part. However, the potential is enormous, thanks to the generous spaces and architectural features that will allow you to build one or more apartments, or a professional studio attached to your home, or everything your dreams and needs ask for.
