I'm wondering if someone can help me. I have a property in Italy but don't visit often. I paid all bills by direct debit, but forgot to add funds for a while. My electricity has been cut off how can I get it switched back on.

Today i 'spoke' with customer services with 'online chat', the first person gave me a number to call which i tried and found it to be unobtainable (think he was fobbing me off). The second operator was more helpful and gave me an email address to use. So, I sent an email outlineing the problem and now the email has been returned! I just want to send them an email. Do you have access to one?Thank you
