we own property in Praiano (SA) and need to find someone reasonably priced and that won't take advantage to help with rennovations, specifically, bathroom, kitchen, whole apartment painting, plastering, etc..
We will be two couples traveling through Italy, actually from Milan (2 days) to Tuscany Region (3-4 days) to Campangnia (remainder of our stay). We own property in Praiano so we do not need any informaiton regarding this region.

I am in US and want to have the apartment redone. I understand about getting quotes, but other than neighbors, where I would I go otherwise????
we will not be in apartment. we are in USA and travel back and forth.
