have bought a house in Umbria purchase went well with no problems, but we are having border and access road issues with our neighbour who owns the land and road around us.
As ever it's complicated in Italy I bought the house from two sisters who owned the surrounding land as well as the house. The rest of the land was given to one of the sons who is the one I am having issues with.
