Unfortunately this is a quarterly charge. Certainly on my account. It tends to vary depending on how many cheques you have written , direct debits or used cashline. Hopefully yours is an annual charge but italian banking is much more expensive than in the UK .
Heard Ryanair are going to weigh all passengers on their outbound journey then if they weigh more on their return they will have to pay an excess per pound

I can highly recommend Grancasa - prices reasonable and they deliver within 2-3 days -again delivery charge is very low.
