What is the distinction between the types of work which need a Permesso in place and those which can be done under a SCIA? To be specific, if we want the whole of our utilities installed from scratch can this be done under a SCIA as maintenance and repairs (bearing in mind there is no existing system in place that will be replaced)?

We have just returned from a driving trip (slog!!) to the UK, and on the way back, we booked into a BARGAIN IBIS hotel in 'Grandate'. Literally 5 minutes walk away a brand new restaurant has opened, (Capriccio - www.capricciodicomo.com). EXCELLENT, well worth calling in if you are nearby. There is a gelataria as you enter and the restaurant is upstairs.

Is anybody getting UK TV (and maybe SKY) here in central Italy OTHER THAN via the Internet ?
