F24 for IMU for a societa' agricola

Submitted by Penny on

We have formed a Societa' Agricola which has puchased our new farm. I am guessing that when I pay the IMU, the F24 needs to be in the name of the Societa' as this is the owner of the property. I can't figure out what to put in the Contribuente section of the F24. Is anyone in the same situation and has done this before for ICI? What do I put for Date and place of birth?
Thanks

Dog Walk

Hi, firstly I'm not asking this question blind, I have checked the previous posts :-) I have 3 large dog, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Hungarian Vizla & Chocolate Labrador. Are there any members around the Montegiorgio area that could perhaps suggest areas for long loose walks for our dogs? Even walking down to the village seems to be a task with loose dogs wandering around:-) Quite happy to pop them in the car for nice walks...

Mad Crow!

Submitted by Ritaruth on

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions about how we can deter a very persistent crow from trying to break into our house? This started about a month ago when we noticed strange marks on our glass doors and windows. Then, one morning at about 5 am we heard this racket from downstairs and crept down to find a huge hooded crow flinging himself against the glass doors. Once he had exhausted himself doing that. he stood tapping furiously with his beak (good job we've got toughened glass!) This now happens on a daily basis .

Hay Fever and dogs

Submitted by Dylano on

I have a 12 yr old dog, lurcher. His breathing pattern has changed when we go for our early morning walk, (at a very gentle pace). He wheezes, puffs and snorts....all very distressing. First I put it down to 'old age' but am now wondering if he has a form of elderly onset 'Hay Fever' as there is so much pollen about... Has anyone else experienced this with their furry friends ?

Drying out old stone walls with intercapedine

Submitted by rachel68 on

We have bought a traditional stone casale to renovate in Lazio with very thick stone walls - animal stalls downstairs and 4 living rooms above. There are no stairs and as the property is built on a slope the entire ground floor back wall is underground. It is clear the normal approach is to excavate out a void, 'intercapedine' and to hope our back wall isn't just sitting on soil! We are told the intercapedine area can be reasonable substantial as the comune will allow it to be used for bathrooms and stairs etc as the original house doesn't have these.
