Rental property required

We are looking to spend 12 months in Italy and are looking to rent a 2/3 bedrrom property with some outside space.Region not as important as finding a property of a high standard and fully furnished.

Hi.Bit confused as web site says ad no longer available.Is it now only for long term rental? If so could we see some pictures and a map perhaps?
