Ciao, in Perugia I know of a couple of options: L'universtia' per stranieri (https://www.unistrapg.it/didattica/corsi-di-lingua-e-cultura-italiana ) which is highly regarded and this school here http://www.comitatolinguistico.com/it/ . I don't have personal experience of either of these, but I work with language schools and I've heard good things about both. What have you found so far, how long are you going for?

The place I know of is called Sunflower Retreats, you can find some info here: http://learningescapes.net/escapeswelove/yogaholidaysinitaly/ Both Casperia and Sperlonga are near Rome: Casperia is a hilltop village, Sperlonga is on the coast - they're both beautiful places! The link is to something I wrote abuot them a few months ago: I think they have a lovely approach, very conscious of the environment and the community they live in.

Hi, it's probably too late to reply to this question, but if you're still looking, there is a school in Modica I've heard good things about.  I wrote a post about them here:  http://learningescapes.net/escapeswelove/cooking-holidays/cooking-and-culinary-holiday-in-sicily-one-week/ At the end of the page there's link if you want to contact them directly: Katia, the owner, is Sicilian but speaks English.  They have residential cooking weeks but also offer shorter stays. Hope this helps!

I know of a good school with residential yoga holidays in Casperia (countryside near Rome) and Sperlonga (on the coast, between Rome and Naples). Not sure if that area suits you though?
