So there is still time for anyone thinking of applying for bonus on renovations, it seems they have made it more difficult to apply for due to massive fraud, so may take longer to apply for....
She57 I did say the lazio region has capped the price at €22, not to sure where your situated !, I know both Rome and Naples airports are also €22 which can be prebooked at ADR.IT, good luck.
Returned from italy last week, you don't need a pcr test to return to the uk, a "rapid tampone test" at a farmacia or airport (€20) is acceptable, remember to get ge the result in english, uk requirement !, just ask for "tampone per viaggio", lazio government has put a maximum price of €22 on testing, pity uk gov don't follow their lead.

Hi Ugo, were having a new roof and windows, been to see the geometro and he says we can get the superbonus because we don't pay any tax in italy, I have an italian passport and are registered with the commune on AIRE, I have an account with post office and banca di roma which all our Bill's are through, it is our 2and home (casa vacanza), from what I've read it would seem we should be entitled to get the discount, I would be grateful for your feedback.

Hi hugo, been told by my builder today time limit for single family dwelling moved from 30 June till 31 december 22, no earning limits..
I returned on friday morning, NO CHECKS were being made on either border then !

Try Fineco bank, online euro account, easy to open from u.k (online), able to pay all your italian Bill's with it.
