Just a quick survey, for those who are currently buying or searching, when you are looking for a house what exactly are you looking for? and Why do you choose the area you are looking in?
Just to be clear this has nothing to do with a recent post by myself regarding a post that kept disappearing.I have a paid ad on the Italymag website for a house for sale by owner, in the past week I have had a coupke of obviously dodgy enquiries.
Can anyone enlighten me as to what may be my mistake?! I have attempted on numerous occasions to post in the for sale section, only to find the item ( a house), censured a few hours later.
Ok so they're warmer in the summer, sometimes too much so, what solutions in the colder months? Here's a good one..Wallrock thermal liner... energy saving up to 30odd%, and time for heating a room reduced by approx 60%......where can I get it I hear you cry!!! Ahh.....I know a man....!
