This week we talk to Dawn of Appassionata, who together with her husband Michael, offer lucky buyers who are seeking the slow Italian lifestyle the chance to buy a five-week share in a luxury property in Le Marche. Emilia-Romagna, birthplace of Enzo Ferrari, is also the region with the world’s highest concentration of two and four-wheel luxury brands including Dallara, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Pagani and Ducati so is justly also dubbed “Motor Valley.”
