 We give up , due to circumstances way beyond our control! and after 5 years of attempting to turn around an impossible situation ie a house that has to be knocked down and rebuilt elsewhere we have decided to throw in the towel and must sell the following .Caravan probably about 25 years old , “well used” by us for the last 5 years ,4/5 berth very luxurious when it was new, PLEASE NOTE none of the services have been checked or maintained and no warranty is given or implied , has been moved recently so the wheels are not seized .Mobile Home 30ft by 10ft , 8 years old , has been owned and maintained by EUROCAMP in Lido Di Jesolo , just bought from them but must be sold , 7 berth 2 separate bedrooms , separate shower room , separate toilet , full size gas cooker and fridge freezer . This mobile home will need to be taken away on a low loader or similar .The caravan and mobile home are situated next to our house in the Commune of Smerillo about 10k from Amandola , about 100m up our drive from the main road between Amandola and Servigliano .Please PM for details , thanks Geoff and Linda .
