Hi Penny,thanks for your kind and exhaustive reply.Actually regions in Italy, are getting a little more independent than before, so you couldn't be sure if something you say is ok for each area. As you said, some issues relate to the whole nations (i.e. Tessera Sanitaria and Codice Fiscale), while others have a slightly different process.Anyway, people who are quite sure about health processes or have experienced particular heath issues, are very welcomed to add content to the topic "health" and enter the "location" where it happened. italian language tip: as you may already know, "saluti" literally means "Regards" and is quite similar to the italian word "salute" = "health" but also translated in English as "bless you"!
