Can anyone help.  When we moved to Italy we brought with us a new Stoves Cooker (LPG).  One oven has stopped working and as we have shipped abroad the guarantee is invalidated.  It doesn't help that apparently Stoves do not sell in Italy.  We have

Many thanks Gala.  Yes I've heard the story of St Francis and the Wolf - there is actually a statue of them in Gubbio.  I have been to Assisi several times - it is on the tourist trail when we have visitors.  Ciao

We are just at the start of the process of registering a car with UK plates in Italy.  My husband is resident.  Nobody knows how much it will cost - extimate Euro 1000 to 1500 plus the fee for the agency.  Before you start I would make sure the car is really worth it!  We are having second thoughts and may yet drive the car back to England, sell and buy in Italy.
