House tax likely, yes. The market is very slow in most places and getting it to market at the right price is essential. Might be worth getting in touch with the comune regards the house tax. Has anyone been resident there since Jaunary?
That was the point of the link i.e. so you know that your local ACI is telling you the right thing. They are the body you would normally deal with, even if they are not the ultimate legal body. If they are not then I would try another office!
