Hi, If anyone has advice re cheapest / easiest route to travel from North of London to Pescara we would appricaite it! We did travel last year in a motohome and did France Swizerland route, but the cost of tolls seemed to be a lot!
My son is stuck near Pescara. Was due to fly home last Saturday as due back to uni today! Re booked flight for next Saturday. But if that looks like it will be cancelled, he could get train up to your region and share costs from then onwards, we are going to hang fire until Wednesday then make a call. Only problem is as he is 19 he can't get insurence to drive hire cars. My husband is out there with him as they drove down to do work on our house and he wasn't planning to return to UK until 1st May! If your still there at end of week let me know!
Just thought I'd say we used an architech and have been very pleased. After taking out some of the work in the initial contract we managed to get the price down to within our buget. Thankfully the contract has followed and haven't had any unexpected extra costs. He did all the negociating with the builders. The only thing is it should have been finished last August and has only just been completed!...well not everthing can be perfect!!....Any how good luck with it all!
