All I can assume Andy is that you are confusing 'fact' with 'hear say'..... The 90 days requirement came from my Insurance company as a 'reminder' that although I was covered for 365 days/year, Italian legistlation only allowed me to keep my vehicle in Italy for 90 days continuously. Go figure. this statement is totally untrue, there is no Italian Legislation that says that whatever.
We're OK just about 30km up the road. The worst thing is we had just finished decorating the other day now we have new cracks to fill and paint over. No injuries reported yet so that's a blessing.
Agreed Cardi, all of what you say is correct. I'm afraid Andy that you have your facts wrong and the Dover ANPR is collated to another database, not the ones used by Plod in their vehicles or roadside to check your insurance and so on. re the 90 days it only applies to certain Insurance Companies as mine says 'Unlimited' travel in all EU countries, so it depends on who insures your vehicle and at what level of cover.
Gala I appreciate that you have learned a new word, but if you get off that high horse for a minute, and see what is actually written, I have only been replying to questions asked of me, aside from one agreement to what Ram posted. Don't say that you have never gone 'off topic' on a thread because you have, and a forum should generate discussion around a topic or issues raised in that thread. We all know you will never be happy until what you perciecve as 'this disruptive element' i.e. people who hold opposing views and values to you, are banned from 'your' Community; but please remember peoples right to freedom of expression on a public forum.
You flatter yourself Sir TK (obviously by that moniker) in thinking people actually consider your feelings when posting here. Seems one rule for some and one for others; I'm sure if I or someone else called others 'twats' on here, Gala's finger would wag for a week.
Re growth and new employees, suggest that they 'become' Freelance Professional, then they can invoice your company for 'Professional Services 'which can include Sales, Development, Marketing etc; a system we use in Italy. You should have the services of a good Commercialista here so ask for advice from him/her on liabilities etc.
