Top Tips?

Was thinking about doing a wiki thing in the Marche Clubhouse about top tips ie if we find somewhere that may be of use to others - like where to fix strimmers or where to get a bargain on wine or a good spot to visit etc What do you think. It would be helpful to us all I think????
