Is anypne having difficulty accessing

Helen I doubt it is perhaps wise for anyone to post on an open forum that they bank with a particular bank. Is the website down or do you get access to it but can't log in? I only ask as a couple of people here in the past that we know have had problems accessing certain sites due to their Italian ISP.
