After living here in the Bagni di Lucca area of Tuscany for a few years, I have just spent a glorious week in the Correglia/Modena area of Emelia, What a difference, Tuscany now feels like a backward region.

I have just enjoyed some of the best Pasta with fungi Porcini & Passata sauces I have tasted.

The quality of some of the Fish dishes put the Coastal Towns of Tuscany to shame.

Trentialia or possibly Unicredito as its bankers, seem to have a weird policy about repeat bookings on foreign credit cards.

Does anybody know where you can get Indian stone paving, we met some people whilst out and about who had it laid in there garden so asume it must be available somewhere.

Sorry this request may be a little vague. I believe that there is some kind of classic car race this weekend (18th/19th June) and have forgotten the name to get more info. I think it's going to be going through Santa Vittoria, Pian di Falerone and Pian di Montegiorgio on Saturday morning and will be finishing in Sarnano some time in the afternoon. Can anyone help please?
