We had a our gas bombola filled recently (700 litres) and was surprised that we did not get our normal 'riduzione'. Previous years we have had circa 10% reduction as we live outside of the main Metano pipeline and therefore can only use a bombola.
Anybody seen any changes in this ?
Thanks in advance,

Can anyone living in the Bagni Di Lucca, Fornoli area tell me if there are any free Wi Fi spots available near by? I would like to bring a netbook (or something) with me to our little place up in Vitiana so that I can check emails, do a bit of 'surfing' etc but don't know what's the best way of doing this. (Any suggestions gratefully received) so thought free Wi fi would be the most straight forward way to do this to start with. I'm not big into mobile phones, I just use a very basic pay as you go job that I can use for a few calls and texts home to the UK.

Ciao,
We have finally arrived in Florence although Pickfords will not be arriving with all our furniture until Wed, firstly does anyone know who we need to contact to ensure that there is parking available for the lorry, Pickfords have offered us the option of their agent in Italy doing this for us but would like £500..!!. We are going to need a landline telephone not only for calls but also so we can have broadband, can anyone advise us on who we need to contact.
Many thanks from a very very wet Florence.
Alba.

I posted a letter today and was told in the Post Office that all the CAP codes for all towns in Fermo & Ascoli provinces had been changed. For example Amandola has gone from 63021 to 63857.
I think it also affects other regions too. You can check out the new Fermo CAPs here: http://www.provincia.fermo.it/notizie/comunicati-stampa/426

I undrstand that for a new car in italy ther is no need to have the MOT done until its four years old and after that every two years (assuming this is still current?). what about an older car though? Presumably the MOT would have to be done every two years? Any suggestions?
Thanks.
