just thought I would let everybody know about being able to get british and amercian television over here. Firstly, you can watch most programmes which have been aired in the States for free! on cast. tv or sidereal. also you can sign up to my private network through paypal to get a UK IP address which lets you have bbciplayer and you can watch live(dependent on internet connection) or to download programmes. 

Hi,i just wondered if anyone knows if i can order a brochure or view prices for items in the Leroy Merlin DIY store in naples if possible?im based from uk and doing a renovation project in italy and it would be useful to view prices online,but their website that i have found doesnt seem to list prices for items....just pictures and a few sale prices....?
any help much appreciated!esther x

This is a bit of a silly question I am sure but making plans for a renovation project and the subject of an Electrical supply for the property crops up (it has an existing suppy).  I am used to having a 100amp single phase  supply (approximately 25Kw) as standard into our small two bedroom home in the UK, no problem. Speaking with people in the village in Italy where the renovation project is it seems most people have a 3Kw supply to the house and some have 6Kw.

Looking for a position In Tuscany ahead of a house move.

I'm 27 years old. Have experience on working In Vineyards In the South of England, can drive a tractor and happy to help were ever needed and have done previous farm work for example Lambing etc. And have good Experience working on a large Country House Estate. I have experience In Maintenance of country gardens, including Lawns, herbaceous boarders, hedgerows and woodlands. Looking after the Kitchen garden, propagation of seedlings and plants in the greenhouses, general maintenance.

My wife and I own a house in a smallish village, and the purchase included two small plots of land.  One of these (about 200 sq. m.) is detached from the house - in the sense that there is a 'road' about 2 metres wide between house and land, though this 'road' is completely overgrown by canne and therefore effectively impassable.

I've 2 weeks left in Italy having been here for 2 years. Up a mountain in a village where we increased the population of the village by a third when we moved in. We are 4! 2 adults and 2 kids. Best 2 years we've ever had. Hope some of you enjoy the photos.
