At home here in the UK we have a 4 year old vine which has about 3 kilos of grapes on it. Has anyone any ideas what we can do with such a small amount (sensible please!)

Off to Venice next week! have read somewhere recently that when you go to the Basilica they have an "Eatery" where a 3 course meal costs only 13 Euros, anyone know about this?? experienced it ? queues etc.
Well seeing as nobody has replied out of 16 viewings .... Where do these come from? I think they are great Capo Boi, keep it up for us . Have to inform you that my early potatoes are in already, expect to have them for lunch soon.

Hi. could we be talking Neck Rot?here in the UK our crop is good except for the neck being damp. so we put them upside down to drain and dry off either in the sun or inside when it`s wet. hopefully it will do the trick. Usually you would leave them on the ground to dry in the sun., something we have little of here!Will be interested in other replies.
Some years ago we had a Hertz (almost new)car from Genova and travelled down to Lago Del Trasimeno, we arrived and I found difficulty getting first and second gears, ended up stuck up a hill miles from anywhere on way to the villa, Hertz truck arrived and took car away. I was told to get taxi to nearest agent in Arezzo, this was in a garage, and they wiil pay Taxi for us. So had to do this next day. Ended up with a better car,(all they had) for the 3 weeks.
Thanks for that, very useful tip, always let the Wife do the Baggs!!! and get out to beat the queueAny idea of the taxi charges? bit worried that those not hiring a car could find it almost as much.Thanks and will wait news of the New road opening,Masterphoto
