Ancona - Stansted flights after March 23 2012?

Anybody have any inside info on this route next year? I am a bit worried there seems no sign of any post March 23. The Stansted to Pescara, Perugia, Rome etc flights are up and selling across the summer (though no Saturday flights to Pescara and they are hideous times on the days they are running 0630 Pescara departures? aargh).We have been down to only 4 days a week in winter but surely they are not cancelling the route in summer, or are they? I see they have not scheduled summer flights to any of the current Ancona routes, just hope that Ryanair are not pulling out of Ancona.

They published the current winter timetable for the AOI/STN route later than many others so at this stage I would not worry too much. Here's the link to the relevant discussion. http://www.italymag.co.uk/community/post/no-flights-novdec-ryanair-stanstead-anconawhats-going They change to the summer timetable at the end of March which coincides with the date you give so I suspect they will publish it shortly once it has been finalised. It has been normal policy to drop the number of flights to 4 a week over winter for a few years now so again this is not ominous. The flights are generally full and not ones that enjoy many bargain fares so I very much doubt they will drop the route.

The R'air STN-AOI-STN summer flights are now listed - 2 flights on Sat and Tues, one one every other day. NB- the Sunday flight is at a completely different time from the usual!
