Cycling Business For Sale

Great opportunity to buy all the equipment plus website/domain/logo/marketing for an existing cycling business in the Sibillini National Park. We have been going for 3 years and rent MTB (including kids bikes) and offer day trips to tourists. The business operates in May/June/July/August and certainly provides a living income during those months. We are the only cycling company in the area and get great Google rankings.

Yesterday, lounging in our rural setting near Penna San Giovanni, I noticed a cat down near some trees.

Firstly I was surprised at the size of it, then I noticed that it didn't seem to have a tail, it had sticky up (pointed) ears and had very striking black and grey stripes particularly around it's back and rear end. It came within 30/40 metres of where I was sitting, and I thought................gosh that looks like (what I would think) a lynx !

Do they have them here in rural Le marche ?

I'm in the process of buying some land in the San Vito area and wondered if anyone can recommend a lawyer. I know they aren't completely necessary but I'd prefer to be safe

Glad to have found this site and joined the community.  We have a small apartment in the city of Como and we love spending time there.  The surrounding area is so beautiful - we are keen walkers and have done some wonderful walks around the lake and particularly in the mountains. 

Would be interested to know of any other community members in the same area!

Has anyone travelled To Italy via Rhine valley, via Brussels, Cologne, Stuttgart, Munich, Innsbruck, If so, would very much appreciate advice re: stop overs places of interest and hotels on the way. Thanks.

I have a reclining armchair I don't use and would like to sell...raise a bit of cash in hard times! In good condition as it's been hardly used - plain dark blue cover (non removable)professionally done almost as soon as bought to hide the horrendous yellow tartan one it came with. All offers considered....will hopefully have a photo soon!
