 I really like soffritto. My mother and I prefer to make soffritto for a tasty ragù. We avoid to use it in other recipes - even though many families do the contrary.I think that raw olive oil is less tasty but more healthy

Carefully look at which elements a fertilizer is composed by.The ideal fertilizer for olive trees is an organic-mineral fertilizer - a mixture of NPK (Nitrogen Phosphorus Potassium) elements plus organic one. An example is the Siapor Miura 12-6-8 that you may find in every Consorzio Agrario. Hi and thanks for your requests.Italian (one of the romance languages) may be quite difficult to be learnt by germanic language speaking people. And viceversa - as you must have seen from my bizarre English. Many and different aspects of the Italian language make troubles to you and to many other non-Italian speakers, so I think I will cover these points in separate posts and make a comparison with English where needed.I'm really exited to give you my help in Italian Language, my language! Ciao Lynda,to add a photo you have up to 3 possibilities:1.  Create a Post and upload a photo from your computer - click in the tab "external images" under the text box2. Comment on someone's else post and add a photo from an URL - click on the images icon (mountain with sun)3.
