Actually "new activity" has the same function as "my unread posts".The word "activity" is linked to the idea of various things - not solely posts - happened in the community. So it gives you a complete view of the recent actions - photo gallery, videos, new groups.Any improvements - to help members navigate the community without any troubles -  my occur in the future. 

 Hi,really happy you joined the new community.Hope you'll still continue to enjoy the website and enlarge your relationships with other members.So, you can get your homemade olive oil each year! hopefully many community members - me included - have their own olive grove, so you can share your experience with them. 

I once went in the Bay of Lerici. It's a wonderfu area! I really enjoyed walking in the little port. Had also a bath - but still prefer the southern beaches....I thought it belonged to the Riviera Ligure..are we talking about the same "Lerici"?Cinghiale: thanks for your restaurant suggestion!
