But,personally i do not trust Bersani either. His whole campaign showed how he had not grasped the fundamental need for change and with the usual arrogance of the Italian left wing (all old ex comunists)their "central office" favoured Bersani over Renzi (who would have given them a chance) they also did not absorb really any of the issues raised by 5 stelle which might have taken some of the wind out of their sails and were fortunately duly punished by the electorate.

it seems, after a" raising of shields"of a lage number of mayors of municipalities along the proposed corridor that things are on hold.No it has nothing to do with wind farms/or photovoltaic farms in the south to answer a question. This will/'would have been "the big time" we're looking at 380.000 kv.so not "replacing existing pylons" these are really gigantic and have three very big "arms"  on each side (there are none that big anywhere currently around the areas where it is/was proposed)and it is that which has worried people, the "plan"is/ was to carry high voltage to the north directly from Albania (?) to the north of italy from "around" Teramo north to Fano( avoiding the coastal areas with a higher population = greater opposition)Terna the company who were planning this is not just an "electric company" but the società that runs the national grid.As far as "precise" siting is/was concerned it is impossible to say because they have "covered"them selves indicating a very wide corridor which indicates at least three or four possible "routes"this keeps opposers in confusion/doubt.There is no doubt that there would be no material (ie.electrical)benefits for the areas affected by the line (so no more or better service) for these areas.Of course ,in the case of expropriation there is compensation but no choice.Worse (almost) would be for those neighbouring the line as they would get no compensation but would see a serious fall in their property values, get the "eyesore", and the added benefit of electro magnetic radiation fields which can be damaging to health, not to mention the implicit damage to landscape and the concerns regarding tourism...there's plenty of meat on the bone!

yes,we bought a pellet stove (with full guarantee) from a specialist store rather than DIY ,a technician came all the way from Brescia(we're in the marche) to "set the parameters"(?) on it's computerized function, and shortly after had to return again it cost us nothing as the purchase along with full guarantee included this service. i think your friends story is more about appropriate purchasing. In any case they should go to where they bought it (hopefully they haven't paid everything yet(?) (never pay everything until you see it "up and running"and demand they send a tecnico at their expense,IMMEDIATELY threaten them with legal action (even if they haven't (yet) got a lawyer. This can be done nicely at first getting heavier. The store not to have further trouble may well simply send them a tecnico without cost and give them the due guarantee.Tell them only buy simple things from that kind of store DIY is definitely a no way or this kind of complex expensive article.

ANY LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's becoming a very big problem around here the numbers of wild animals i mean.we have foxes, badgers, wild boar, roebuck, red deer, porcupines, stoats ,weasels, buzzards, now even as low as Amandola wolves..you'd be suprised at how many there are as agricultural land declines and woodland increases..

i used to live in an appartment in milano,it is common/usual for the kind of works you refer to to be a source of disagreement amongst the condomini, usually the people who do not live under the roof (as in your case) tend to suggest lifting up a few tiles and renewing a bit of asphalt covering (cheap) the ones who live under the roof obviously think differently. We used to live under the roof.Interestingly it is not an opinion if the roof needs redoing it can be established (fairly quickly and easily)a qualified examination of the state of the roof (in all it's aspects) after which if you don't have a building administrator all together you organize a few quotations making sure that they are tendering to the same itemized parameters. It is highly probable that the waterproofing of the roof needs completely redoing,it is also very probable, given that it has a certain age, that proper insulation is either lacking or insufficient this is important these days for the new criteria of energy conservation, there may be more serious or structural problems, given the highly sismic nature of the the area. The condition of some or all of the tiles maybe comporomised. It's not unreasonable to think that the roof needs a complete overhaul. The price could be reasonable, which doesn't mean that it couldn't be beaten as a quote and yes scaffolding is always pricey.Local authorities will also be particularly vigilant in checks/controls being part of a village (health and safety) so there won't be short cuts to work procedures...so one way or another i'm afraid you're in for your share which is usually based on the size of apartment NOT the number of apartments (milesimi)btw

we have had some experience of this issue. initially our computer tec/freak thought that a simple wi-fi router would be sufficient but as you say the thick walls impeded the signal except for rooms adjacent to the transmitter.then we were advised to have relays to boost up the signal where  missing or insufficient.now we have found a simple solution which uses the electrical system of the house to transmit the dsl signal to all environments by means of a plug in device this would probably be the best solution and does not require cabling/touching walls or antything else and costs between 20-65 euro a one off solution.

your heating system whatever fuel you use HAS to be put in by a qualified plumber/heating engineer at the end of his installation he has to give you a very lengthy document itemizing all works done the tech spec of everything and sign it off. This is an essential document in order to obtain habitabilty for your house, without this document your heating system risks being worthless should you ever come to sell the house.IF, the issue is the price of radiators you can get your plumber/heating engineer to give you a full itemized estimate indicating the number/kind/quality of radiators required. The number of radiators required is usually not an opinion but based on an engineers calculations re. heating capacity/cubic metres of rooms etc .This is definitely NOT terrain for DIY initiatives even if you feel capable of installing radiators yourself. I've noticed that you ask a number of questions but never come back concerning the answers or information people give..........
