Every May in a tiny village called Testa dell'Acqua just 15 minutes from Noto they hold a small but very nice open market day where local farmers and artisans gather to sell their produce. Here are some photos from that event.

As a few people have asked:Groups are a way to group people around a common theme. It may be a region of Italy, a little town, a hobby, etc.Groups are also a means to discuss privately.

Ciao Lambo - it may be that you were trying to sign into the old forums. They will lock someone after five attempts.This site will keep you signed it unless you explicitly sign out - so you don't need to sign in every time you come back to it.

If it is not about the technology then let us just give everyone a fiat punto and have them battle it out. Technology is people and material and you need money for both and caps really don't make sense. Who checks that Ferrari does not move some technology development into a Fiat-branded lab then simply buys it at a low prize (to remain within the 40 million). Am I missing something here?

Hi - that is similar to the facebook/twitter things (if you use those websites) of what are you thinking.it is just a quick way to tell the community what you are up to.if you look at the main piazza page and stroll down you will see what others have filled in as a status.just click on the text and type in yours if you feel like updating.or you can very safely ignore it :)

Hi Lollita - thanks for being patient. Just click on a smily and some text will appear in your text box which is where the smiley will be once you are done.We are working on incorporating a text editor which should solve these problems for you

Hi All - links to fundraising pages and updated pages are going up soon.Also we were thinking of a photo competition with a small entry prize (2gbp) - and a nice prize at the end (need to see how much I can get!) plus an article in the magazine.will sort details and get it started soon.also in touch with groups in abruzzo and will be updating here.

I don't know quite how to take that :)but seriously, I realise this is a radical departure from the previous forums. it will take a bit of getting used to but hopefully as information fills out the various spaces and you get used to the layout it will become easier to navigate.
