Strawberry Cake (Torta di Fragole)
This specialty of Italy is served icy cold and makes a fabulous warm-weather dessert. Savoiardi, classic ladyfinger cookies of the Piedmont region, are baked with strawberries, eggs, cream, and a splash of dessert wine to make a deliciously refreshing, light dessert.
