What others are saying about Molise

My grandmother, Maria Lucia D'Elia was born in Pietacatella on February 5, 1895.  Her parents were Domenici D'Elia, born April 21, 1870 and Maria Guisseppa Cordone, born March 14, 1872.  Any family information would be much appreciated.

Can anyone of you help to get a PEC mail account. Also I am required English translation of Molise region Application and declaration for migration officially published by Molise Region authority in Italian version.
