Orbetello (Tuscany)

Orbetello is a town in the province of Grosseto (Tuscany), Italy. It is located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) south of Grosseto, on the eponymous lagoon, which is home to an important Natural Reserve. Orbetello was an ancient Etruscan settlement, which in 280 BC passed under the control of the Romans, who had founded their colony of Cosa (near the modern Ansedonia).

Our situation: I am a dual citizen (Italy/US) with legal residence in my comune. My wife (US citizenship only) now lives here. We want to apply for the carta di soggiorno for family members of EU citizens.

Buongiorno

My husband and I own a home in Montepulciano. It has been vacant now for 1.5 years due to Covid.  We have both been vaccinated.  When can we return? We are from Arizona, USA.
