Ortona (Abruzzo)

Ortona is a coastal town of the Province of Chieti in the Italian region of Abruzzo. Ortona is home of several touristic beaches and one historical museum based on the battle of Ortona. A patron saint of Ortona is Saint Thomas the Apostle (Tommaso), whose relics are kept here. The Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park is not far either.

What others are saying about Abruzzo

@mozart asks:

We are about to get the keys for an apartment within a house near L'Aquila, which is a holiday home for ourselves and family. We do not intend to rent this out.  However we will need the services of a property management when we are not there to pay utility bills etc.

@queencafe asks:

Is it still a buyers market to buy a property in Italy in Abruzzo or Tuscany area with the changes in taxation for foreigners ? I know this is a very broad question but we like to purchase a two to three bedroom house or aprt near coastal area . Thank you
