We are about to get the keys for an apartment within a house near L'Aquila, which is a holiday home for ourselves and family. We do not intend to rent this out. However we will need the services of a property management when we are not there to pay utility bills etc.
Is it still a buyers market to buy a property in Italy in Abruzzo or Tuscany area with the changes in taxation for foreigners ? I know this is a very broad question but we like to purchase a two to three bedroom house or aprt near coastal area . Thank you
