Recipes From Liguria

Corzetti (also called curzetti and croxetti), an especially uniquely shaped pasta, has been popular since the middle ages and get its name from corzetto, a 14th century Genoa coin.
This appetizer or fun party dip is made with Taggiasca olives, which are typically grown in the region of Liguria.

The recipe by Amy Gulick featured here is inspired by the Ligurian specialty marò, which usually calls for garlic, mint leaves, and sometimes other herbs.

@Pensecola asks:

Does anyone know how to set up and ENEL account using a UK mobile number? Due to Covid I have not been able to travel to Italy. I always pay my electricity Bill in the Italian Post office based upon my own calculation.

@trashmouth asks:

Hello, I possibly could have property in Italy where my grandparents & parents lived. How do I go about looking into that?
